“Kaliece was absolutely amazing! From the moment she greeted me and walked me back to her treatment room, she made me feel completely comfortable and cared for.
Before starting my facial, she took the time to talk with me about my skincare goals and explain the different steps and options for achieving the results I’m looking for. She was incredibly knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I left feeling so much more informed about my skin and how to care for it.
Her technique and pressure were perfect, and the facial massage was AMAZING! The entire treatment was calming and relaxing, and I could genuinely feel myself unwind. Her treatment room was beautiful, clean, and peaceful, which made the experience even better.
I also really appreciated the time she spent going over different products with me and explaining what they could do for my skin. She even told me about a promotional sale happening the following day that was highlighting some of the newest technology at the facility. I never felt pressured—she simply made sure I knew what options were available.
By the end of my appointment, I felt completely relaxed, refreshed, and excited about my skincare journey. Kaliece made my first visit so comfortable and informative, and I truly appreciated the care she put into the entire experience.
