I do recommend Nail Factory because they are very good more times than not. But the past time I went(Aug 15, 2024) the man who did my pedicure was VERY aggressive. He ended up completely scraping the skin on the side of my foot raw with the pumice stone. I have very thin/small feet and I definitely think it’s going to be a while before I go back…and won’t be using that same employee.
Ivy and Tony were amazing! I will absolutely be back for nails and toes here!!
