I do recommend Nail Factory because they are very good more times than not. But the past time I went(Aug 15, 2024) the man who did my pedicure was VERY aggressive. He ended up completely scraping the skin on the side of my foot raw with the pumice stone. I have very thin/small feet and I definitely think it’s going to be a while before I go back…and won’t be using that same employee.

I went here about two hours before close, and I had a really good experience! The girl at the door that greets is very nice. The nail techs do an amazing job. They offer you a beverage as well, and the massage chairs are amazing. Spectacular service.
