The Allergy Center at Brookstone - Columbus

My 10 yr old daughter had an Allergy testing appointment as a new patient. Everyone was amazing but I must give and EXTRA kudos to the Ms. Wanda, Ms. Stephanie and Ms. English, NP. Everyone was so kind, informative, and reassuring. My daughter has really bad white coat anxiety and they took her fears away. The kindness shown to my daughter started with her 1st interaction as soon as she was called back with Ms. Wanda and did not stop upon meeting other staff members. Thank you all again for make this a positive interaction for us.

I've called and been called four times, told three times for the last two weeks that I would be followed up with for a scheduled allergy test. Each time they tell me they will call me with the appointment date. It's getting old.Edit: After speaking to the lady on the phone four times without receiving an appointment, I decided to drive up to the center. It was dead empty and they were able to schedule me next day. The DR was 5 stars, but whoever does the phone scheduling is clearly not doing her job.

This is the most efficient, respectful and considerate medical facility in Columbus, GA. There was very little wait-time; in fact, when the doctor walked in, I was so surprised that I asked if he was lost! It has been many, many years seen we've experienced this kind of courtesy, and it is endearing. In addition, the staff is courteous and SMART, another rarity. They were actually doing their jobs! What a novel idea. No phony-bologna pandering and "have a blessed day." Just good, old knowledge and respect. So refreshing.
