“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Dawson! I have lived in chronic pain For the last 3 1/2 years due to a spinal cord injury. I Finally decided to stop being stubborn and go to a “pain management” center Thinking it would be a complete waste of time. Dr. Dawson completely supported me trying to manage this pain as holistically as possible. He listened to me and gave me a lot of resources and came up with a plan of care. I just had my second procedure today and I have to say that I feel better already, More than I have in a very long time! His knowledge, humble demeanor, his superb bedside manner and amazing surgical abilities, you could not find a better physician or all around human being.
