Grateful and thankful for all that the staff here do for me. The greeters at the front door are always nice and tell me where I need to go. My doctor and PACT nurse, Dr S. Maxwell and RN K Hall are absolutely amazing. They take such great care of me. I send them secure messages and they are always on top of their game. My care team MSA Ms A Mills is also outstanding. She calls me to schedule my appointments and is always available if I need to reach her. I had to get a MRI done this past week. The lady at the Radiology front desk is always so sweet and so kind. I have visited several providers for this particular VA. My primary doctor is Awesome and truly listens to me. I’ve also worked with physical therapy and women’s health. My next suggestion is beyond their control. I wish there was a pharmacy at this facility. I’m not retired so I can’t use Ft Benning’s hospital. Also, I wish there was a more effective calling system. In 2025, why are nurses having to come out and say people’s name especially if we pick a number. There should be a digital number system. During my VA appointment Ms Malinda Johnson displayed great customer service and was very professional. Thank you Ma'am for caring about us Veterans. Best appointment I had in many years.
