People generally don’t need these services unless something is wrong. The staff were pleasant, greeted me with smiles on their faces, and were friendly and attentive. I would recommend them.
The staff and technicians are exceptionally nice and friendly, I go there every time I need CT scans and MRIs done. I choose to go to Columbus Northside instead of Lagrange (the traffic is not as bad) every time not unless my doctors need some type of special scans done. I was a little late due to my phone GPS address messed up, so I was very nervous and afraid I'd miss my appointment and have to reschedule. When I finally got there, I nervously asked if my appointment was still good, and they said no problem with a smile 😊 with a very nice and welcoming smile 😁.
This was one of the best MRI tests that I’ve experienced. The machine was large enough for me at 285 pounds, so I didn’t feel claustrophobic. The technician was professional and courteous. Provided me with the necessary ear plugs and ear phones for safety. Ensured that I was comfortable by putting pillows on my side and under my head. And to top it off, he played smooth jazz music (upon request) which really softened the noise of the machine. Great experience and great staff!
