“Long story made short, I hired another carpet cleaning company (that I will not name) to deep clean my 4 bedrooms and stairs. My daughter’s room had makeup stains on the floor. The picture added (with stains) was AFTER that particular company came out TWICE to “TRY” and remove the stains. The other picture is after Mr Cliff SUCCESSFULLY removed the stain in less than 45 mins. Not only did he exceed my expectations, he was very kind and respectful!! Which goes even farther with me. “Billy was very thorough and really took his time. My carpet is 9 yrs old and I have 3 dogs and 2 cats. So you can imagine how dirty it gets. It was heavily soiled especially in high traffic areas where my dogs would come in and out of the house. Between the concoction he puts on it and him going over it, after he was finished, my carpet looks amazing. Very impressed. Definitely will call him again!!“

“I really wanted my carpets dine, and had tried a company that didn't use steam. I was not happy with THAT service. I saw a referral on Nextdoor, and called. They were able to come out the next week. My carpets are soooo much cleaner after steam cleaning! I have 2 dogs and 2 cats, so lots of dirt comes in the house on their paws, and the pet smell stays in the carpets. I could smell the freshness after cleaning! The carpets are clean and bright again!“
