Billy was very thorough and really took his time. My carpet is 9 yrs old and I have 3 dogs and 2 cats. So you can imagine how dirty it gets. It was heavily soiled especially in high traffic areas where my dogs would come in and out of the house. Between the concoction he puts on it and him going over it, after he was finished, my carpet looks amazing. Very impressed. Definitely will call him again!!

My experience with True Carpet cleaners was most exceptional. I had 2 other major carpet cleaners companies to come who said my carpet couldn’t be cleaned because it was worn out.
