“This office was amazing in every way!! My daughter was diagnosed with optic neuritis by Dr Mcbrayer sending us to the ER because the referral to the neuro opthamalogist could not see us until MARCH! He listened and spent lots of time with us determining the best course of action was ER... because IV steroids were needed asap with swelling, numbness and blurring of vision. Also, the office staff was so kind and even prayed with her before she left the office for the ER. Couldn't have been more grateful!!! THANK YOU!”

“We saw Dr. Timothy Moore and he was wonderful with my 3rd daughter! When we got there, I found out they didn't take my line of eye insurance but since we already had the appointment, I opted to do an out of pocket cost (under $100 in April 2026). It was well worth it and when we came out from seeing the doctor, the receptionist had called three or four other places on my behalf just to see if they took my insurance for next time. I was blown away that care was taken for me knowing I might not be a patient with them after today. Really impressed, thank you guys.”
