The staff understands customers' concerns and is accommodating, making them feel comfortable.
Absolutely kind and gracious customer service from every employee I spoke with at last week's eye exam. They were very patient with me as well. Answered my questions and took time to really understand what I needed and was looking for. Plus my glasses are beautiful. I should be picking them up soon. 🙂🙂🙂
Wonderful experience every time. Cody who assisted me when I broke my glasses was able to find that my frame were still in shock and he was able to put my old lenses back onto the new frames. Life Saver!

I’ve been buying eyeglasses at America’s Best in Acworth, Georgia for quite a few years now. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and makes you feel very welcome there. I was having trouble narrowing down my choices and everyone kind of jumped in and helped me with their opinions, which were very helpful. I especially want to give a shout out to Imani. She had tremendous patience with me for everything from selecting the different types of upgrades I needed to what kind of vision insurance might be helpful for my circumstances. I highly recommend getting your glasses at this location and working with the wonderful staff there.
