I love the doctor at this facility but what is the point of an appointment when you are seen over an hour after? I have never been seen on time at this facility. I’m currently sitting in the waiting area 40 minutes after my appointment. It doesn’t matter what time of day I have an appointment, it happens each time.

So far the only people I've got to deal with was the front office, and that first impression is already gone. I get they are short handed, but the back in forth of misinformation & attitude have definitely made me not looking forward to this being a regular dr to see. I've been driving a hour & a half away to another Endo, but this one was recommended & closer by the hospital.

I don’t know what the hell these other reviews are about. I just got back from my first visit and have no complaints. The staff, nurse practitioner, and the doctor were all great. No long wait, everything was clean, everyone was kind and attentive. I’ve had nothing but wonderful interactions with everyone from the first time I ever called the office to leaving after my appointment today. I was hesitant to go here because of the reviews, but I’m glad I decided to make an appointment anyways.
