It was not I that visited this location on this date. i have not visited a Piedmont quick care location in Carrollton unless this was the telephone call I had with Piedmont “Mary” yesterday which advised me to go to the ER. This call was very helpful.
Dr Russell was great first, she went over the list of everything I am allergic to, and she took a good look at my face, cause it was all swollen on one side and she said I had facial cellulitis from a bug bite. She prescribed antibiotics and antibiotic cream, and probiotics. This morning I was able to open my left eye in some of the swelling had gone down.
I had trouble with my “MyChart” account receiving the link for my virtual visit. Mary Mathes was extremely helpful and patient with my visit. I needed to do this virtually as I am caring for my elder father as he recuperates from back surgery.
