In my opinion, the person working at the front desk is not suitable for that position. She does not show patience when helping people and often appears disengaged, spending most of the time just sitting there instead of assisting others. This makes it frustrating for those who need help. And it's not even the first time this happened.

Your call service is the worst will not transfer you to the location ask financial questions that should not be asked. Need to go back to the office answering the phone. Carrollton location want even take a call.

I've been going here for YEARS. I've watched it change a lot. Most of the staff that has worked here, have been kind and caring. I currently like the doctor they have, but the dragon at the desk that has made, I'm sure, many a life miserable, needs to work on her people skills. Its a community medical center. These people are coming here for help because they can't afford insurance or Healthcare. Maybe you should rethink your career choice if you don't actually like people. Just saying.
