Taylor was honest, reliable, prompt, very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Taylor provide it upfront pricing. I will use plumb and plumber for all of my plumbing needs. So glad I got flyer in mail. Simply outstanding service. 10 stars. Best plumbing company ever. Thank you so much Taylor!!!!
Andrew and Eric came over to fix my toilet, and deep clean the shower drain for n my bathroom this morning. They did an excellent job, and thier customer service was outstanding! They got it done it in record timing. I highly recommend this place!!!
I am NOT surprised by their 4.9 rating and all the 5 star reviews they receive. Have been needing a plumber for longer than I can remember - passed their offices on East Cherokee and called, bright & early Monday morning. A human answered. A sweet & extremely helpful & accommodating person (Michelle!!) took my call. In mere minutes she had us scheduled for - wait for it - THE NEXT DAY! I'm sorry, WHAT? As soon as we hung up from scheduling I got everything Michelle promised - a text message and email confirmation. Team (JT & Parker) arrived on time (again, unheard of in 2026.5) and got right to it.
