We’ve known the Watson family for many years, so when it came time for new flooring, Shane was the first person we called. Mill Town also came highly recommended by another family friend who had used them for a flooring project.

Our project involved replacing 700 square feet of carpet with LVP. In just one day, the installation crew removed the old carpet, cleaned and prepared the subfloor—including cutting out a section to add bracing and eliminate a squeak—installed the new flooring and molding, and returned all the furniture to its original place.

I would give ten stars if I could. Shane and his crew are fabulous. We could not be happier. It’s a been a great experience from beginning to end. Our floors look incredible and absolutely beautiful. They did gorgeous work. Talk about wow factor. Super thank you ! Highly recommend them.

Mill Town Flooring just replaced the floors on the main level of our house. The owner took the time to answer every question we had and was incredibly patient throughout the decision-making process. We never felt rushed or pressured into choosing a particular product. Instead, he listened carefully to what we were looking for and offered thoughtful recommendations based on our needs and lifestyle.
