“I have had the best experience at this location. ? Tiffany in the front office is wonderful to work with. The nurses are very efficient and professional. The providers Holly and Kiley are very caring and knowledgeable. I had severe back pain from a pulled muscle and I was given options and suggestions that really helped me. They actually listen to your concerns and try to understand what is the best regimen to take care of you. The wait time was very short. I will definitely be going back here in the future if/when other health issues arise. 5 stars.????? Thanks Byron Care Connect. ???“

“I've been under the care of Dr. Carmine Oddis (pronounced OH'-dis--No one will know who you're talking about if you pronounce it like it's spelled. I can empathize.) for several years, now, both at the CGHC Macon office and here at the WR office. The good doctor is a fantastic physician. He really listens to me and takes into account my input when making an assessment. He doesn't patronize me as a patient and is extremely personable and knowledgable and thorough. Outstanding doctor.His staff are great, too. They always do an excellent and comforting job of taking my vitals and hooking me up to whatever machine that needs to read my ticker. They are nice to me and good conversationalists when the office isn't crazy busy and they laugh at my stupid jokes.As far as the office staff, I can't speak to the unpleasantries of the nurse at the window meantioned in the previous review. I have had nothing but kindness from the receptionists, even on financial matters. And you know those can get tense at times. She seemed to understand that they are a medical facility that treats heart issues and this is America, the Capitol with a capital "C" and an "O" for "Oh, God help us!" and the South, at that, so cardiac medicine is pretty popular, here. They ain't gonna run out of patients anytime soon, and folks are going to fall on hard times. They are understanding and cooperative.I'm thinking the receptionist with whom the above reviewer dealt with is probably not there anymore, because I can't see this lady being that way.Great facility, great staff, great service!“

“I’ve been a patient of All Care Medical Associates for several years, and I have truly seen the office improve over time. In the past, it was difficult to reach someone by phone, but that has gotten so much better. I also appreciate that they are now using the online patient portal more—being able to send a message and receive a timely response has made communication so much easier.

I currently see Nurse Practitioner Kamilah Griswold, and she is amazing. She listens to all of my concerns, takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, and makes sure I leave every appointment with my questions fully answered. She is kind, welcoming, and has a wonderful bedside manner.

I recently had an out patient procedure completed at Emory Hospital in Warner Robins. I do want to give credit to the out patient department from registration and pre operative care to day of surgery attention and nursing staff to the entire team. MOST of all Surgical Associates under the provider of Dr. Watts and his team at the pavilion were absolutely amazing. My surgery was scheduled quickly. The office staff was attentive, kind, professional with amazing heart felt attentiveness. Bed side manner is something that has been absent in the medical profession over the years and instead of being treated like people it’s turned into being treated as a dollar bill get you in and get you out. THAT WAS NOT the case with Dr. Watts. He took time with me, answering all questions, scheduled my surgery quickly, the day of surgery he talked to me before the surgery, my husband after the procedure and both of us before we left! NEVER had that much attention and compassion been shown to me and that speaks volumes! Thank you is not an appropriate word to describe my appreciation for Dr. Watts and his team also Emory Hospital during this process! If anyone is needing a general surgeon you can’t get any better than Surgical Associates and Dr. Watts. Highest regards sent to them!
