Dr Elmore is wonderful and so are the people who work with him! However if you have a problem with a medicine messages dont seem to reach him. It has been over a week with three unreturned calls. My dentist sent paperwork before oral surgery and they sent it back with somebody else's info on it. Pushed dentist back 10 days. Still dont have a call back on the med that is making me sick! Wonderful doctor but the office workers dont seem to care
Dr. Hoffman is very kind and caring. I appreciated his attentiveness and professionalism. The medical team are great, too! Donnarae, the medical assistant, made me feel instantly at ease with her sweet spirit. Rachel, the front desk receptionist, is amazing. Thank you team! It's comforting to know I can receive great care here.
I've been under the care of Dr. Carmine Oddis (pronounced OH'-dis--No one will know who you're talking about if you pronounce it like it's spelled. I can empathize.) for several years, now, both at the CGHC Macon office and here at the WR office. The good doctor is a fantastic physician. He really listens to me and takes into account my input when making an assessment. He doesn't patronize me as a patient and is extremely personable and knowledgable and thorough.
