I’m genuinely shocked at the bad reviews for this place, as this is my favorite doctors office in town by far and I have been to quite a few. Dr Jalyn Hall is the kindest and most helpful practitioner I have ever seen. Every time I come here I feel like my concerns are actually heard and addressed. Anything they can’t help me with in the office, they are more than happy to give a referral for. Plus, everyone I’ve interacted with that works here has been so nice and made my visits great. I was treated with kindness and grace. I handed over a huge list of concerns and they took a holistic approach and truly heard me. A different office turned me away in January because they stated I had too many issues to look at in one appointment and so I ended up not getting seen. That's not how I was treated here. Ms. Griswold, the NP, made me feel welcome and important. She took me seriously and I truly believe I'm about to get answers for things. I'm very happy to have found such a caring place with good people.
I’ve been a patient of All Care Medical Associates for several years, and I have truly seen the office improve over time. In the past, it was difficult to reach someone by phone, but that has gotten so much better. I also appreciate that they are now using the online patient portal more—being able to send a message and receive a timely response has made communication so much easier.
I currently see Nurse Practitioner Kamilah Griswold, and she is amazing. She listens to all of my concerns, takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, and makes sure I leave every appointment with my questions fully answered.
