I have had the best experience at this location. 💯 Tiffany in the front office is wonderful to work with. The nurses are very efficient and professional. The providers Holly and Kiley are very caring and knowledgeable. I had severe back pain from a pulled muscle and I was given options and suggestions that really helped me. They actually listen to your concerns and try to understand what is the best regimen to take care of you. The wait time was very short. They took the time to listen and help relieve the pain without pain meds, which meant everything to me. Kyle, Tiara, Artene, and Kim were amazing. They turned a painful day into a positive experience. Care Connect of Byron didn’t just treat my pain—they treated me.
