Love this salon!! Yesterday was my first time going. Calvaniece M was the stylist I had chosen. Honestly chose her randomly going into it knowing nothing about her. Or what I really wanted. She had sat me down and helped me find a perfect look! And I’m completely obsessed with her call and formula she did on my hair. The pricing wasn’t expensive for all she did! And she did a lot and it took a while. She was amazing! Highly recommend her if it’s your first time and you don’t know who to chose. I don’t know much about hair and she really educated me. Went on today 2/17/24, looking for a Juvia’s Place foundation that would be close to what I wear in Fenty. I went up to Coralis and asked her opinion on some shades I was trying to match. She went out of her way to help me get matched and was very helpful. Only took off a star because this location always seems to be out of the JP options when I’m trying to purchase. Samples are always there but the fulll product for purchase is hit or miss, for me at least.

I came in on Wednesday, February 15. Vanessa helped me get a shade match and find a new moisturizer. I had an amazing customer service experience with everybody there, especially Vanessa, and how helpful and friendly she was. I had help from her before, so I knew she was an amazing person to go to. She just lights up the sales floor when she works.
