I have been coming here, since my *13th birthday*! With lazer, redos may happen, as hair tends to grow more over time! I DEFINITELY need to be more consistent, because with redos (after purchase & completion of package), they are at a discounted rate ALWAYS! Even with the store changing from Ideal Image (to the company they are now). They still honored my 13th birthday present from Ideal Image! So sweet! The girls there are *ALL* REALLY nice!
