Daniel is awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment and my fitness goals. He is indeed an epitome of a true professional and a great training coach.

The staff is friendly and professional. Members enjoy the Zumba classes, sauna, and the pool. The gym gets the job done with a hot shower and cold water fountain. Been a member for 5 years, never had any issues. Staff is fantastic and there’s adequate equipment for many different kinds of lifting. Nathan is also extremely hospitable and willing to help with any questions or concerns you may have. Love this gym!
