I have to give a shout out to Tad and Claudia for the service provided today. I went to the salon on Friday and was not happy with the results. I really didn’t get what I asked for. I’m not one to complain as everyone has strengths and I can’t say that my original stylist was unkind in any way. She just didn’t listen to what I was saying/asking. After the first wash my color was not right! I went in to the store and immediately Tad, the manager, saw what my concern was. I showed her a pic of what I came as and immediately she set Claudia to work.
