“We had the best experience with the The Lewis Company Floors. They have several locations and we were served by the Hoschton location. We had new flooring installed throughout the entire home (except 2 restrooms).
We received great care from initially walking into the store to the installation. Everyone was very knowledgeable. We were impressed with how efficient the installers were and the cleanliness of how they left our home.
They had to move furniture, remove carpet, small section of hardwood, and old lvp.

“This is where you need to go if you are in the market for flooring! The folks at White Oak probably wouldn’t admit it because they are too nice, but I am a bit of a difficult customer. I came to them after searching all over the internet and many other local flooring shops, big and small, for new flooring. My wife and I had a bad experience with our last flooring project and we were determined not to repeat. We were very particular in what look we wanted, and I was even more particular about product specifications. Everything changed when I met Jessica at White Oak. She actually took the time to understand our concerns and help us find a solution. She went above and beyond by bringing art supplies and candy to the showroom to entertain our small children while we looked at samples, special ordered samples and personally dropped them off at our house, called vendors on my behalf to answer my over-analyzing questions, and more… all while being super nice and professional, and never once was pushy about making a sale. Just old fashioned customer service.

She ended up getting us a great price on a nice hardwood product that looked exactly like my wife's inspiration photos. We are very happy with the results and grateful for all of Jessica's help.“
