“I hired First Innovative Flooring LLC to replace my upstairs wall to wall carpeting, what an excellent job they did! They completed the job in a timely and professional manner. I had the opportunity to work with A guy named Saul, who was very informative with helping me understand the different grades and textures of carpet which helped me select the right carpet for my upstairs! I would highly recommend and use this company again!”
“The team at Lewis Floors are OUTSTANDING!! They went out of their way EVERY time we had questions!
They are small enough to treat you like family, large enough to get you the best price and give you the BEST service!
If you are in the market for floors, see them!
I highly recommend them.”
“This is where you need to go if you are in the market for flooring! The folks at White Oak probably wouldn’t admit it because they are too nice, but I am a bit of a difficult customer. I came to them after searching all over the internet and many other local flooring shops, big and small, for new flooring. My wife and I had a bad experience with our last flooring project and we were determined not to repeat. We were very particular in what look we wanted, and I was even more particular about product specifications. Everything changed when I met Jessica at White Oak. She actually took the time to understand our concerns and help us find a solution. She went above and beyond by bringing art supplies and candy to the showroom to entertain our small children while we looked at samples, special ordered samples and personally dropped them off at our house, called vendors on my behalf to answer my over-analyzing questions, and more… all while being super nice and professional, and never once was pushy about making a sale. Just old fashioned customer service.
She ended up getting us a great price on a nice hardwood product that looked exactly like my wife's inspiration photos. We are very happy with the results and grateful for all of Jessica's help.”
