This was my first experience with Yates Astro. Will Cook was the arriving technician. He was friendly and efficient, and did a great job explaining about the company, and how he was treating the residence. Excellent job.

My technician was so nice and knowledgeable! We just moved to the Brunswick area and called Yates Astro to service our home for general pest control just to stay ahead of any potential issues. Jessica inspected the exterior of our house before she treated and we talked about the insects I had been seeing around outside since we moved here. She treated everything and answered all my questions. Happy to have signed up with Yates Astro!

I look forward to my Yates-Astro service because of the technician. Garth Rivers is a fine young man who is always pleasant and with whom I have brief, but intelligent, conversations. I think he is worthy of an increase in both pay and position.
