Knox Pest Control provides amazing and thorough service. The team, including Ben, Mark, and Phillip, are great people who deliver excellent service to their customers. They make their clients feel comfortable and ensure they receive above-and-beyond service, always communicating effectively and addressing any concerns. Knox Pest Control is highly recommended for its reliable and exceptional service.
The Brunswick Service Manager and Sales person did an excellent job addressing my concerns. Recently had worry at home residence while removing old wood, studs ...etc. While in process of demo/removal swarming termites were present and it was not clear whether inside of residence. The team from Brunswick came out same day and turned out it was false alarm. But I really appreciated the sense of urgency and quick response.
Shane with Knox Pest Control has done it again. Every time he comes out, the level of service stays consistently high, and that’s not something you see often these days. He’s extremely thorough in his work and clearly knows his stuff—you can tell he takes pride in doing the job right the first time.
What really stands out, though, is how much he genuinely cares. Shane doesn’t just show up, spray, and leave. Shane is amazing! He is always friendly, responsive, and does a great job every time he services the property (Pointe Grand Apartments in Kingsland, GA). You can tell he really cares about his work and the people he’s helping. Our residents really like him because he is thorough and very knowledgeable, he takes his time and does it RIGHT. We truly appreciate everything he does—highly recommend Knox Pest Control-Brunswick!
