She explains every step before she does it, walks you through the process, and always checks in to make sure you’re comfortable. She’s also so personable and always remembers the little things from previous appointments, which makes every visit feel thoughtful and personal. We’ve been a client just shy of a year.
This service is for my young daughter, and as a self-described helicopter mom, trust does not come easily for me. But my daughter feels completely comfortable going in by herself now. That’s how safe, respectful, and reassuring she is.
