From the day I called to set appointment to the day of my appointment, everything was professional. I got my hair washed & scalp scrubbed thoroughly, I might of fell asleep during b/c it felt so good. Ms. Adrian explained each process of what she was doing & how it helps w/ growth & healthier hair. Its been 20yrs since the last I had grew my hair out, so getting back into the swing of things of maintaining it like back then was my main concern & she understood where I was coming from & said she got me. Well she got a new client for sure...cant beat the price too“

“I've been in town for a couple of months and have had the hardest time finding salons that cater to African American hair. I wonder how the AA ladies who come to FLETC for training manage??!! So I was thrilled to discover this spot. For a while now I've driven down Hwy 17 and passed by this little pink building near Harry Driggers and wondered, "I wonder what type of business that is . . ." So imagine my surprise when I discovered that this is the salon that belongs to my Mother's hair stylist, Elnora 'Bit' Watson! She does a great job - has been doing hair for years - but keeps up with all the latest trends. And she has a sweet, laid back personality. (Don't you just hate it when stylists have that haughty, artistic temperament and they refuse to listen to your feedback about how YOU want YOUR hair styled?) Highly recommend.“

The online check-in system has some weaknesses as it might indicate a huge wait online but no one is in the store and people don't show up. “I originally booked my appointment with Dora, unfortunately she had to step out because of an emergency. My experience today shows that the stylists in this salon really care. They EACH made sure to take care of me in Dora’s absence. Dalton washed my hair so thoroughly while gentle. Denise detangled and rinsed my conditioner. Celexus blow dried my hair beautifully. All of them did it without hesitation to make sure I had the best experience. I don’t go to salons often because of past experiences but I WILL return to Images more consistently after today.
