When I walked in with my little fur baby I was immediately greeted by front desk (unfortunately I don’t remember her name) she was super sweet and was greeted by my groomer Dana also super sweet. Dana sat me down and asked exactly what I wanted to be done with my puppy and was very detailed on the process and she gave me a time frame on when he was going to get done just in case he needed a break (I let her know he is a wiggle worm and he is not a huge fan getting groomed) and she’d text me when he’s done. We have a big boat project to do at the marina and coming in from out of town we certainly were concerned about our pups during the day. No need to worry Fred and the gang have taken great care of them even though they are not regulars. Upon pick up each day they have seemed happy and not at all stressed about their day. Dana is AMAZING! Had my Shih Tzu puppy's first grooming session and she's like a brand new dog! Definitely found my groomer for life.
