“When I walked in with my little fur baby I was immediately greeted by front desk (unfortunately I don’t remember her name) she was super sweet and was greeted by my groomer Dana also super sweet. Dana sat me down and asked exactly what I wanted to be done with my puppy and was very detailed on the process and she gave me a time frame on when he was going to get done just in case he needed a break (I let her know he is a wiggle worm and he is not a huge fan getting groomed) and she’d text me when he’s done. I got the text saying he was done and when I got in to pay and pick him up I was going to ask “how did he do” she beat me to it and let me know how he did and was such a good boy and that made me very happy. Not only did she do everything I asked to a T but he came out looking better than I imagined and smelled soooo good. 10/10 100% recommend if you want your fur baby well taken care of!”
