Unbelievably, the first company claimed we needed a full roof replacement without even getting on the roof to inspect it! Out of the three, two showed up without even bringing a ladder to look at the damage.<br><br>Then Cody and his wife from Professional Roof Systems arrived. They actually came prepared with all the equipment needed to get up there and properly assess the issue, giving us a fair estimate right on the spot.<br><br>The very next morning, they were at our house by 6:30 AM ready to go. They fixed the damaged shingles, repaired a ridge vent, and installed a solar attic fan.
