We called three different companies to get an estimate for a leak in our roof. Unbelievably, the first company claimed we needed a full roof replacement without even getting on the roof to inspect it! Out of the three, two showed up without even bringing a ladder to look at the damage.
Then Cody and his wife from Professional Roof Systems arrived. They actually came prepared with all the equipment needed to get up there and properly assess the issue, giving us a fair estimate right on the spot.
