The management staff is ever rotating and there are clear ethical issues with the way they cater to only one animal rescue in the area. They have allowed this specific rescue to take control over the entire cat adoption area and won't even allow Glynn County Animals Services, the local kill shelter, to use the facility to help adoptions.

The store was great. The door was locked, and the sign on front said they were open at 9am. They made everyone stand out front and wouldn't let anyone in earlier than 10 am.The 2 women at the front had a horrible attitude and looked so miserable to be working.

Made my service animal a grooming appointment, which took two weeks to get. Someone from petsmart calls me 51 minutes before the appointment to tell me the groomer called in sick.... Zero care about the massive inconvenience this is on the customer and zero compensation offered. Spoke with Lasean or whatever his name is the so called manager and told him and he was of even less use! Then during the call with the so called manager, tells me there's a $30 up charge for express, even though my animal is a service animal. When I made the appointment two weeks ago the girl said Nothing about this charge. They're charging 60% more for a service animal! HORRIBLE service with even worse management! STAY AWAY! They don't care about you or your animal and it shows! STAY AWAY! The best thing that could happen to this place is Go Out of Business!
