One customer expressed gratitude for the way a stylist salvaged a bad haircut for their son, while another praised the attentive service received during a back-to-school haircut.
Clean establishment, kind staff. I remember this day. It was Mother’s Day and the ladies were working hard. I’m sure they were all mothers and they should have had the day off! Hopefully corporate sees this and gives their employees a bonus every once in a while to show their appreciation for such hard working dedicated staff. Their quality of work shows, when you drive all the way from Arizona to this location to get a hair cut.
I wanted to take a moment to share my experience and recognize Taylor for the consistently great service she provides. Taylor is truly the reason I keep coming back to this location. She is always professional, attentive, and takes the time to understand exactly what I’m looking for. Every visit is consistent, and I leave confident with the results.
It’s clear she takes pride in her work and values her customers, which makes a big difference. Employees like Taylor are a strong reflection of the brand, and she sets a high standard for customer service.
