“I’ve been taking my clothes to Courtesy Cleaners for a few years now. By far the best customer service I’ve received on top of the grade A work they do for my clothes. Better than most Korean dry cleaners I used to go to and I am a Korean lol.
I recently had an old vintage UGA varsity jacket that needed some tlc. They warned me ahead of time that the dye may leach into the whites and set my expectation ahead of time. Luckily, they did an amazing job and I’ve been receiving endless compliments on it.“

“This laundry mat is ideal for sanitizing your clothing and providing an ideal outcome after wash. It has numerous washers with price points starting at $2.50 and no additional charge for HOT WATER. AND I mean the water is really HOT! Of course, the owner offers wash-n-fold drop offs, and if you plan on doing your own laundry, he sales premium snacks, has several massage chairs to relax in while you are awaiting for the timers to rundown on the washer machine and dryer and a host of arcade machines and 1 pool table for recreational fun. Facilities are clean, and owner is so overstanding and courteous, he's accommodates on last wash timeframes. So, if you do come in after 9pm, he may still allow you to wash and dry, even if doing so runs into the closing of business hours. I had to give this business 5 stars for the output and service I receive.“

“Came in on a Monday, 2:00 PM. Walked in with a bag of nice shirts. Mike and Sonia, the owners, work different shifts. I see Sonia in the mornings. So I come up to the counter to see Mike. He's wearing a tucked-in flannel and he's got a 'stash. I count up the shirts with him and he takes down my info, gives me a ticket. Asks if Thursday works. It does.

I've had a quick alteration or two over the years and they're always on point with it. I usually just bring over my work stuff. They get the job done. Never had a complaint.

“Had a last min sales meeting and called in to see if they were able to clean and starch a single mens button down dress shirt. I brought the shirt in and in about 20 hours the dress shirt was ready. Began to only charge me $3.50 (or so) for the T-shirt.

I paid her $6.00 as a thank you for getting my shirt done “last min” so to speak and the front desk lady was kind and professional.“

“The previous owner, Sunny, sold the business and a couple of her existing employees continue to work there. Currently, this business is operated under new owner and hired a few new employees. The existing employees, the new employees, and the new owner are not related.
No customers are grandfathered-in with their existing service. It’s bad for business.

I compliment the older woman who does wash and fold my clothes (who worked with Sunny). She is sweet and does diligent workmanship. She is on her feet for strenuous long shifts. I’ve seen Kenya and another on their phones while the older woman worked without her phone. No mannerism in the front counter.“
