My experience at Northeast Georgia Hospital was mostly positive. The facility was clean, and many of the staff members were professional and courteous. However, there were several areas that could be improved. No one properly introduced themselves or explained their role. I expected a clear introduction to the nurses caring for me and to the medical care team. Three hours and still in the waiting room. I counted 6 people who come in after me who were taken back before me. There is absolutely no excuse for this unless it's a heart attack, stroke or something else life threatening. My blood pressure was 221/100 yet that wasn't important enough as a cough.

Excellence from entering the facility to walking back out. Every employee i encountered was top notch. One coming back from a break, held the elevator an kept me from getting off on the wrong floor. Volunteer walked me to the elevator. Nurses, med assistant, NP. All gave excellent care. Even the reception desk was pleasant and helpful. Start to finish Excellence from everyone.
