204 Resource Ln, Winder“We love Let's Communicate!
Our son has received early intervention speech and occupational therapies for about 3 years, the bulk of which has been provided by LC, and he would have NEVER progressed as far as he has without their help!
-Miss Heather, the owner, was our original ST, and she was always very patient and consistent. She directed firmly and sometimes, relentlessly, to ensure that our son understood his expectations. She was, also, really good about giving us tools and skills to help extend the "therapy" at home.
-Miss Megan, our OT, was always kind, positive, and really dedicated at encouraging our son to meet and even exceed expectations. She was really good at gauging our son's ability and balancing it with his temperament.
-Miss Julia, our son's current ST, to put it plainly, is my son's favorite therapist and nothing short of amazing! She is always smiling and joyful, and the bond she has with our son cannot be matched, even by us. She has been able to push him to his limits without him even realizing it because he always has so much fun when he's with Miss Julia!
There is honestly so much more we could say about LC, but the bottom line is that we are truly grateful for all of their help. We don't want to imagine how differently things might have been for our son had their services not been made available to us.“

2108 Teron Trce #100, Dacula“Referred by my g.p doctor to this practice. She gave me the names of 2 of her favorite doctors in the Northside group and Dr. Gangasani was one of them. I liked Dr. Gangasani and thought he did a great job of following up on my complaints. The front desk was a little confusing, since there were apparently 2 practices receiving patients there, but it wasn't a big deal. What is a big deal (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is the tendency of Northside to NOT TELL YOU that some of the places they will refer you to for further testing charge a lot more than other equally-good places you can have the testing done. In fact, they seem to steer you towards the places that are more costly to the patient and you have to ask the appointment people which of the multiple options of places to have the tests are the less expensive, which they gladly did. I was thankful that I was made aware of this before I had the testing done. So, as in all things, buyer (patient/consumer) BEWARE!
Another problem with this group is that they overcharged me for the co-pay at all my appointments and did not issue a refund until I called with my insurance representative. They agreed that I was owed the amount we had calculated and it would be sent within 40 business days. I am left to wonder if the refund would have been sent if I was older or unable to keep track of my finances, since it is nearly 4 months after my first appointment and there was no mention of it from the practice.“

“I just wanted to respond to the poor review below as I have been going to Longstreet for three years now. Possibly the reviewer isn't aware that doctors and Nurses have to go thru standard procedures when dealing with Insurance co, or they won't be willing to fund the service. Usually conservative treatment goes first and you build up to more extreme measures. In my case, my hip was so bad, the nurse immediately set me up for an operation but when you start out they make you do physical therapy say before they send you to a neurosurgeon or do an MRI. So, maybe the guy,s issue was that he had poor insurance which would leave him grumpy and blue as it used to do me before I got my Medicare“
