The office staff in Lawrenceville would definitely benefit from in-service training in communicating with patients. I have had multiple delays and excessive difficulties in relation to responses from some staff in coordinating my follow up care for testing, appointments, prescriptions, etc. Most of the time Dr. Rutledge was not aware. Dr. R is definitely skilled and knowledgeable in her medical field. IMO

I feel soooo fortunate I have finally found an amazing Gastroenterologist Dr. Arvind Kulkarni at Southern Gastroenterology! I was so please with my appt with Dr Kulkarni. I have been in search for a Gastroenterologist for the past 9 months! I was able to get in quickly to see Dr Kulkarni. I had an appt at 4:30. I thought before I went in the last appt of the day and I would be brushed off quickly. I was very surprised by the start of my appt all the way to check out. Dr. Kulkarni took an hour with me to understand all the circumstances that I have been thru for the past 9 months after having gallbladder removed hernia repair I now have been diagnosed with Gastroparesis...read full review

I'm an established patient of Dr. Kukler. I had an appointment to see him today because I feared that I have C diff, which can be life-threatening. Unfortunately, I already felt badly because I was diagnosed yesterday with tonsillitis. I understand that I'm a 76-year-old woman who had her tonsils out when she was a child and they grew back. I sat in the waiting room ... waiting for well over an hour before I finally told them no thank you I was going home. I don't know if it's a front office scheduling problem or it's a back office getting the patients in and out problem. I used to work for physicians so I understand how difficult it can be to stay on schedule; but waiting over an hour to see the doctor seemed more than excessive. I made my appointment for 2 o'clock. At 3:15 I finally couldn't wait anymore. We show consideration to our doctors by showing up on time for our appointments. Perhaps they should show a little more consideration for us by keeping their schedule a little closer to time.
