This company does great work, sticks to their promised schedule, gives selection options and advice when wanted, communicates very well and follows up diligently. They also leave the job site spotless when done including a power washing at the end. Use them!!!
I can't brag on the staff enough and how welcoming they are. I have had two procedures performed, and both Jenny and Kim were flawless in their execution. I have to say; however, I have been most impressed with Amy Smith. She was easy to talk to about my current and previous treatments, and she was able to educate me without making me feel uneducated. After becoming a patient at Advanced Medical Spa of Braselton, Amy has me feeling better than I have in years. Nalley Roofing, in particular Shane, have been such a pleasure to work with during our roof replacement. The rehab center is great. My physical therapist, Mike is very knowledgeable in every aspect of therapy and has an upbeat attitude.They have a zero gravity treadmill that has really helped with my recovery. I totally recommend going here.

I would highly recommend Amy's Cleaning! First time I've ever had someone come in to clean my home and they did a fabulous job. Really took so much off of my plate as I never have the time to clean all those hard-to-reach areas. As a bonus, they worked around my two dogs, which I was so worried about. They are so easy to work with and communication was great. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Not really sure what the last guy's problem was, but I'm not sure if he knows that this man is a chiropractor, not an allopathic physician. I have been to many chiropractors throughout my life. Some are true lightweights that need to leave the profession immediately. Some are brutal like a sledgehammer and tend to over-adjust. Doctor Torey's adjustment was accurate and somewhat precise. He has been practicing for over 15 years and has similar techniques to the other doctors. He is not afraid to wrap a towel around your neck and give you a nice tug. Sometimes when the vertebrae is all locked up, they can adjust all they want and still not bring the relief you deserve. Manual traction is usually the only answer and he is not afraid to apply it. He adjusts from the neck on down to the toes. Typically, these type of establishments make their money by feeding people through like they are cattle. I sat in that waiting room, waiting and waiting, as I could hear him taking his time with the patient in the room next to me! Now that was refreshing! When he entered the room, he had apologized for the wait and I told him that it only shows that he is never in a rush, and that I appreciated it. The last room had one woman and three children getting adjusted. I would swear he took even longer with just me. I did not know whether to sign up for just a single visit or for the full membership. I had been to other places that begin with the letter J. They are known for having the most inexperienced doctors ever. I had to walk out of three of them totally disgusted. These chiropractors fresh out of college are giving the profession a bad name. I have been to this location in the past and was treated by the previous doctor. The guy didn't have a clue. His manipulations could only be described as a joke. I walked out of this place and swore I would never come back. I did receive the welcome news letter in my email about a new doctor that it just arrived. Since my current chiropractor seems to have Bankers hours and wasn't there when I arrived at his office, I thought I would give this new doctor a try. I am very glad that I did. His lower back adjustment was precise, and I was able to sleep that very night with very little pain, as compared to previous nights. He managed to pop in a couple of rib heads that were out, gave a good neck adjustment as well as upper thoracic traction tugs. It has been a week and I need to get back to see him today. I put my body through total hell this week and I need him to put my vertebrates back into a natural position. Most people give good reviews of the doctor that is treating them. I am brutally honest when it comes to reviews. This guy definitely deserves the fifth star.

TL;DR: I have been with Jance for nearly eight years, and this place is truly life-changing. Even after moving across the country, I still train virtually with Jance and fly back when I can because there is simply no one better.

I first discovered 5 Rings via word of mouth -- like most people do -- because Jance's excellent reputation speaks for itself. As a highschooler living 5 hours away, I followed his educational content online and was impressed by everything I heard about his training. When I moved to Athens for college, I was excited to finally be close enough to check out his gym. At the time, I didn't even know what powerlifting was. I just thought I'd learn a few basic movements and move on with my life. I had no idea how much this would change my life.
From my very first session, Jance challenged everything I thought I knew about strength and fitness. It was overwhelming to realize I had spent years doing all the wrong things, but at the same time, he showed me what was possible with the right mentor and hard work. I still remember calling my parents afterward, in tears, because I knew this was going to be life-changing.
And it was. I can’t imagine my life without 5 Rings. Since starting, I’ve gained 15–20 pounds of muscle, nearly tripled my squat and deadlift, more than doubled my bench, and even set state powerlifting records—things I never thought possible! But more than the physical progress, this gym has given me a sense of community that adds so much meaning to my life.
I’ve trained with Jance through countless ups and downs in my life, but I’ve always made net progress. He combines years of experience with a constant drive to keep learning and refining his craft. His coaching is personalized to each client, whether they’re true beginners or national-level athletes (most of whom started here with zero experience). The gym itself is a welcoming, family-friendly environment for all levels and ages.
All throughout college, I drove an hour each way, 3–5 times per week, just to train here. Three years ago, I moved across the country for medical school, but I still train with Jance virtually and fly back when I can. That’s how much I believe in this place. I’ll be here for as long as they'll have me.
this hair salon is clean and well maintained. my fav stylists are Sandy and Jenean. I recently went to see Jenean to fix a botched haircut and she made it gorgeous. Very professional and productive environment.
I cannot say enough good things about this salon and its staff! After my long time stylist from another salon decided to stay home with her babies a while back, I’ve been looking for a replacement salon/stylist that I would love just as much. After a few rough experiences elsewhere, I finally found my person! Enieda absolutely killed it with my color (correcting another’s mistake). She’s a color color genius and a miracle worker. Aside from her amazing work, I have to acknowledge how sweet and accommodating they are here too. I had to bring my 8 month old this trip and while he is a very good and calm baby, it was still almost 4 hours of trying to entertain an infant. They were so patient if I needed to stop and tend to him and Amy was incredible, playing with and holding him, offering to feed him and even wipe his snotty nose! If you’re a mom, you know how much these gestures mean. I’m so grateful for their kindness.
The atmosphere is comfortable, relaxed, and homey. Macy did a fantastic job shaping up my curly hair and keeping as much length as possible while I transition between haircut shapes.
Janet did such a great job cutting my hair. I'm super excited to go back to her and have her dye my ends blue. I wanted to get established with a salon stylist since I'm new to the area, and get an idea on pricing for dyeing my hair. So glad I came here. I will definitely be back. Thanks again! :-)

The atmosphere is laid back casual and inviting. The staff obviously enjoys each other and makes each client welcomed. The hair cuts are done with attention to detail. The shaves are preceded by a toasty just right hot towel. Free waters and sodas are available for all to enjoy. It all adds up to a very good experience.
If you need self care and relaxation, this is the place to go. Rona the owner was welcoming with a tour as it was our first time there. Tresha did my nails. I felt very relaxed after I got my mani and pedi. Rona did my daughters mani and pedi. I liked how they made sure we were comfortable and paid attention to our needs. The ambiance at this location was lovely. The scent of essential oils was what I noticed first. The place was definitely modern, classy and relaxing. It was worth every penny we spent. We walked out feeling relaxed, lovely and appreciated. I will definitely be going back whenever we are back in town again.

I literally love everyone here! Everyone is always so friendly and does an amazing job. Lilly does amazing with my SNS and I never have troubles with cracking and chipping. They also do wonderful with my 3 year old toddler who I take sometimes.
