Absolutely love the therapists here - had a great experience with each and every one of them. Love how I could get dry needling done as well.
My billing got messed up when someone new filled in. Said I didn’t pay for past services and then said I was short $5 on my copay - that she had checked me out during the last visit. Ran my card for the past due amounts and low and behold once she printed out my statements I was never behind. Now I have to wait to be credited back due to their error and miscommunication. What had been a simple and easy appointment for the last month is now a headache to unscramble the mess. Just ask for a statement before paying anything.
This place is fantastic. I just finished 6 weeks of PT after having knee surgery and I’m pretty sure I left stronger than before I had surgery. The staff is personable, professional, and knows just how hard to push you. I looked forward to my PT sessions and was kind of sad to say goodbye when I was done.
