This was a periodic Maintenance visit on our recently-purchased HVAC systems -- two heat pumps, thermostats, and associated materials. Josh Horn completed the work -- he arrived on schedule, and worked efficiently to complete what needed to be done. He was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.
This maintenance call was included with the purchase of the HVAC units and there was no charge for this visit.
Our AC went out on Saturday of Easter weekend when we had family visiting. I called Cheshire thinking it would probably be Monday before they could come out. To my surprise, I reached on -call tech Matt Sturgill who had just left our area. He immediately turned around and came back to our location within 45 minutes. He had our unit fixed and blowing cold air within 30 minutes! Tremendous service and response, and on a holiday weekend! We highly recommend Cheshire Heating and Air!
