Noah and prior technicians are well trained and demonstrate a full understanding of both heating and cooling systems. Each visit they perform diagnostics, pressure tests, electrical tests, and replacement of any defective parts. They also provide cleaner solution for the AC PVC drip lines getting rid of algae buildup as well as adding coolant to the system if pressure low. Cheshire HVAC technicians are a credit to their employer and the caring for their customers.

My old a/c unit finally quit in the brutal 90 degree weather. I called Cheshire Heating & Air and set up an appointment to discuss a new unit. They were on-time, professional and answered my questions. I opted to purchase a new unit and feel I made the best decision. The service was seamless - the installers were on-time as scheduled, were thorough in the installation and resolved issues I had from my prior system. They took care of registering my warranty for me, kept my house clean (I have light colored carpets) and made sure I understood how to use my new system and thermostat.
