From comforting my cat, personal phone calls, to even doing paperwork to help me with pet insurance’s claims.She is very caring, patient, empathetic and a calm friendly doctor. “I can't recommend this office enough! Carmen knows me just by voice at this point and she's an angel. The staff is always calm and I love that, even though you're not allowed in the exam rooms, the doctors will come out and patiently speak with you. In so many ways they have been understanding and compassionate with the financial hardship of our pet's needs. We had to move from GA sadly but I contemplated staying around just for this office! I love TAH and hope they continue to keep up the amazing work!“

“I WISH I COULD GIVE 6 ⭐️’s. my cats have never seen a vet before and nor have i. it was a anxious first experience on both ends. they put me at ease and walked me through everything. they were very thoughtful & through. my cats act up bad when i give them medications at home or even when i cut their nails but my cats didn’t even holler when they got anything done. the staff were extremely friendly and obviously knew exactly what they were doing. my cats seemed to realize that they were in control and chilled out the whole session. ngl tho from the front of the store it don’t look like much but inside is where the magic happens.“

Their app even offers a chat which might require a little patience on your part as well, but it's effective. Best vet docs in the area. Thanks!!!“

“Wonderful care for my pittie! The vet is highly knowledgeable and straightforward. Prices are very accessible, office is no-frills, very clean, and appointments are kept (no waiting!). They have never tried to upsell me any in-house products or kibble like at my previous vet/franchise. Shout out to Wesley for always being so kind, patient, and empathetic. My dog goes crazy for him every single time and the love is reciprocated - sorry for all the face licks ☀️?“

“The vet and staff were great and very nice and accommodating. Though the wait times could be a little long at times, they did their best to get patients in and out in a timely manner. My cats had an upper respiratory infection and after giving them medication prescribed by the vet, they got better in just a few days. They were also affordable. I would highly recommend.“

I brought in a stray cat who'd never been to the vet before, and she freaked out on them, and they reacted so calmly and compassionately and let her "hide" for a while and take her time coming to them. Also highly knowledgeable and explained everything really well to me. And open on weekends??? Can't recommend this place highly enough. They really do treat pets like people. ❤️“
