“Dr. Cook actually listened to me and treated me like I had a choice in my own dental care — which, sadly, was not my experience elsewhere. He gave me multiple options and let me decide what worked best for me instead of pushing one extreme solution.
Dr. Cook and his assistant were both amazing. They cleaned the tooth and did a temporary filling to buy me some time before a root canal is needed, which I appreciated so much. I didn’t feel rushed, pressured, or talked down to. I felt respected.
On top of that, the cost was way more reasonable — $80 after insurance for a filling compared to $300 elsewhere. That alone says a lot.
If you want a dentist who actually listens, explains your options, and respects your autonomy, Dr. Cook is the one. Highly recommend.“

“First of all, I didn't even have an appointment. They researched insurance and reached out to me within an hour to get us in same day. Everyone was patient and kind. They went above and beyond to care for my little girl and she was comfortable and happy the entire time. Also they gave me a pre-emptive estimate for our next visit with a complete insurance breakdown so we can be prepared. Amazing first dentist experience. I'm pleased we're together for the long haul. But they won me over when they helped my check my 8-year-old’s teeth when our pediatric dentist is MIA since Friday (that’s another story.) They took x-rays we needed and said they will reach out to our new pediatric dentist and work a game plan to get treatment needed a.s.a.p. for his back teeth that aren’t doing good. (Prophylactic antibiotics he had to take for 10-months after birth apparently destroyed the enamel on his teeth while forming and they need help now)

“I had the greatest experience today! Dr. Mike is truly heaven sent. I’ve struggled with my smile for years, even after previous orthodontic treatment, and I honestly thought this was just how it would be.

I didn’t even ask him to fix anything — he simply looked at my smile and said, “Can I fix that for you?” And he did. I didn’t know it could even be fixed, but he saw it immediately. The results had me wanting to cry right there in the chair.

And omg the compassion attentiveness n caring I felt with April n Dr. Brianna Patel. The whole staff is so welcoming. I’m scared of the dentist but with Dr. Patel n April in my mouth I have felt no fear at all. They are so soothing and made laugh with cotton n wax in my mouth . And the needle no pain at all . I found the best dentist in Augusta Ga . They made me feel so comfortable . I came in with my mouth looking like rag a muffin and left feeling like a Queen that I am.“
