My children & I were being seen at a corporate dental chain in the Post Exchange (PX) building on Fort Eisenhower. After continued poor experiences & a child that was traumatized, I decided it was time to find a better dental office. I am so thankful to have found West Augusta Dental Associates! From the initial phone call to schedule new patient appointments to the actual appointments, everything with WADA has been easy & smooth. On the day of the appointment for my oldest, one of ladies at the front desk (I wish I had gotten her name so I could give her credit) went above & beyond to get my youngest child (who had an appointment at a later date) seen the same day. I did not ask & she did not have to but she did. I was so shocked by her effort to go above & beyond for my children & I. I REALLY appreciated her making my life a little easier. Then the hygienist Kat! She was so kind to us & wonderful with my children during their X-rays & cleanings. Lastly, Dr. Clepper is a gem of a dentist! You can tell he loves what he does. My children could not stop talking about how happy they were that we found a new dentist after we left their appointments. I wish we would have started at WADA when we first moved to Fort Eisenhower!
