Our pediatrician referred our son to Dr. Will Brantley. The office was so friendly and helped us book an appointment right away to address newborn feeding hindrances. They sent a video detailing the entire procedure, met with us to determine if he actually needed the procedure in question- evaluation confirmed he did, and Dr B and his nurse were able to complete the procedure on the same day. A separate video was used to detail recovery stretches, and emails were sent upon leaving detailing any and all further recovery details. We love Dr Spratling's office. They were able to get my son in sooner for some dental work due to cancelations. They called me promptly and he had a great experience with his first fillings.

Very pleased with the overall experience. Very friendly courteous and provided excellent chair side care for my daughter’s lip/tongue tie procedure. They went above and beyond to ensure I was educated pre and post procedure and anticipated any needs going forward. Dr. Will was highly recommended by my lactation consultant at Bella Bambino’s and I highly recommend them as well! Thank yall!!
