I contacted the corporate office of Park Place Apartments about the elevator in my building being down 16 days now. Some were empathetic, the people in the on site office were no help at all! I've been going up and down stairs from the 3rd floor with a walker. I'm hurting and very frustrated.

I have been accepted and now living in one of their senior housing facilities. The building is just a few years old but has been very well maintained. I love my apartment because it's spacious, the residents are seniors who believe in respecting other residents and the staff is respectful. I truly appreciate this company for assisting me with housing.

Integral Regional Manegement and the Reserve at Bolton Road administration are unresponsive and unprofessional. I believe others who say if you leave them messages, because they seldom respond, they will block you. They are that kind of uncaring, and this is from people looking to get a response after following their own application process.Don't bother contacting regional manager Tiffany Dye because she's as careless and unprofessional as everyone else.
