I have emailed, called Cityscape Housing about the shoddy drainage that exists here in SouthTown at Browns Mill. I have warned them routinely about the need for better drainage as well as other residents. The past two days have proven to be a bridge too far and the worst has happened. A mudslide has caused my neighbor's property to slide into the side of my townhome causing a muddy mess where I can't get outside my own doorway. The hill has collapsed and the grass no longer exists. I refuse to pay for landscaping when Cityscape is the cause for all this. I agree with the rest of the negative reviews. This builder is horrible. Absolutely DO NOT buy a house from them. The lack of communication is alarming and unprofessional. They do not honor any warranty requests that are valid. Please buy resale as those homes will better quality since owners who purchased these horrible houses had to do all repairs, using their own funds, since the builders failed to complete/acknowledge any issues. I’ve submitted a complaint to the GA Secretary of State and I hope they are banned from building any more homes. It’s a shame.

I won't say too much because I'm exhausted with repetition but the negative reviews are extremely accurate which is horrible! Warning you in advice TO DO PURCHASE A HOME BUILT BY CITYSCAPE! If you have read any of my reviews you know that I'm always honest and willing to give it a second chance....but them....NOT AT ALL! The amount of money someone invest into a new home should not only show but also be appreciated...until it is I would never recommend them to anyone! I'm literally still waiting on issues to be addressed that we're noted prior to closing almost 2 years ago!
