I lived here from Summer 2021 - Summer 2022, and then came back for Summer 2024 - Summer 2025. Here is my honest review
The Prato is exactly what you pay for. It is the cheapest in that area for a reason.
If you can overlook the daily rats that run out of the trash cans when you walk by the grilling area, or the gate being broken for both 1 year tenures of me living there, or the gym being closed for most of the time for random reasons (Either a storm, or coyotes, yes coyotes, both times I was living there they blamed coyotes), or the cars in the parking garage getting broken into (always park in the open air), or Sherry Clark, the property manager, then it is a great… read full review
I had such a great experience with Ishiyara! She is the new assistant manager , and she was extremely professional, kind, and welcoming. She was very helpful, patient, and genuinely willing to assist with any questions or concerns during the tour . You can tell that she truly cares about providing a great experience and making sure people feel heard and valued. Ishiyara is definitely a great addition to this property
Robin is absolutely AMAZING!! She greeted me as soon as I came in and was very knowledgeable, answering every one of my questions! I highly recommend that you ask for her. The property was clean and the unit I toured was very nice.
