Man I’ve been coming here for 15 years and then I stopped because the wait time really bring the beast out of you. I went in for a Tb test @11:50 and to walk out @2:00. MA came in to take bloodwork (for what I don’t know just dragging the money) left for a butterfly needle and left me hanging for a hour. Listen Dr.Helen a good doctor when she’s having a good day but the wait times is not worth the care! This is not the doctor office you can go to before work because time is not valuable here care rarely is. Bathroom is just as DISGUSTING as the wait times and appearance of this place.
I needed a physical for my job, I hadn't been here since 2024, I arrived at 12pm , it's literally almost 4 pm, I was told the Nurse Practitioner went to lunch, I am still on the clock, I will NEVER come here EVER AGAN. It's inhumane how she treats actual human beings
the wait time is terrible
