Dr. Carlos Prays is truly a top-notch physician and an exceptional healthcare provider. What I appreciate most is the time he takes to genuinely listen to my health concerns. He never makes me feel rushed or like just another patient. He takes the time to understand the complete picture and then uses his professional knowledge and experience to thoughtfully address each of my concerns.

Dr. Prays is thorough and actually takes the time to walk through whatever you’re concerned about in detail — not the rushed, “we’ll see you next year” version of a visit. Easy to talk to and he makes sure the explanation lands. I’d recommend him.

From the front desk, staff to the back ever since I’ve been coming, it has been a great experiences on time respectful knowledgeable. I love my doctor. All my questions were answered they even asked about my family just a really night team thank you chyne & Maliya for getting me in so fast I really appreciate you both I know I’m always working but the energy you all have I wish I had were I work from every staff member
